Provide safe, effective nursing care to residents Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Monitor residents health status and report changes Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to plan and implement care Maintain accurate documentation compliant with regulations Uphold patient safety, comfort, and dignity at all times What You Need :
Current valid LPN license in Washington State At least 1 year of applicable healthcare experience preferred Strong communication and compassionate patient care skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team About the Assignment :
