Position overview
The Director, ICU leads departmental operations to support organizational goals, including patient care delivery, staffing, budget oversight, quality initiatives, and regulatory compliance.
How you'll make an impact
- Lead department goals, daily operations, and patient care performance.
- Oversee staffing, hiring, onboarding, and staff development.
- Manage budgets, audits, and operational resources.
- Support compliance, quality improvement, and evidence-based practice.

What you'll bring
- Proven leadership experience in a clinical setting.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and team-building skills.
- Ability to manage priorities, performance, and operational goals in a dynamic environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred;
Master's degree preferred or completed within 2 years of hire. - BLS and ACLS required.
- Healthcare leadership experience strongly preferred.
