Envision Hospice is seeking an experienced Hospice RN to join our interdisciplinary team in the Puget Sound area. This Weekend Flex role covers weekends with one to two weekdays, offering a flexible 3 or 4‑day workweek of 10‑hour shifts and comprehensive benefits.
You will provide symptom management, rapid assessment, and family support across private homes and facilities. A WA RN license, BLS, and hospice experience are preferred; EHR proficiency is required.
