Regencypuakea is seeking a MDS Coordinator to ensure timely and accurate completion of all MDS assessments in our facility. The role requires an active RN license and extensive knowledge of nursing practices within long-term care settings.
You will manage the MDS schedule, generate calendars, create assessments, participate in MDS meetings, and help develop care plans with the interdisciplinary team while ensuring documentation is complete and signed.
