As a Wound Care RN at Trios Health, you will play a key role in delivering specialized, patient‑centered care that promotes healing and improves quality of life. You will work closely with an interdisciplinary team to assess, treat, and monitor patients with complex wound care needs across all ages.

• Provide wound care using established clinical guidelines and best practices.
• Assess and monitor patients’ conditions, including pain management.
• Work closely with physicians and care teams during treatments and procedures.
• Educate patients and families on wound care and prevention.
• Participate in care planning and team discussions to improve patient outcomes.
• Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe care environment.

In addition to your base compensation, this position includes:

• Shift differential ($2.25 - $4.50)
• Professional development and growth opportunities.

• Current state RN license.
• Bachelor’s degree or associate degree from an accredited nursing school.
• BLS and ACLS certification required.
• Minimum one year of experience.
