- FTE (40 hours per week)
- EMR system: EPIC
- Pay: $41.26–$50.55 per hour DOE with potential for higher rates for experienced candidates
- Additional pay for bilingual skills, paid by hours worked
- Hiring/Retention Bonus Structure:
- At Hire: $2,100.00
- At 180 days (6 months): $2,800.00
- At 12 months: $2,100.00
- Bonus pro‑rated based on Full Time Equivalency (FTE)

- Provide care during patient visits, discuss chief complaint, obtain vital signs and complete health history, and develop a baseline physical assessment
- Perform phone triage with patients to determine chief complaint and assess next steps and follow‑up care needed
- Document health history, assessments, actions, and medications in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system
- Assist providers in diagnostic procedures and treatments
- Perform IV starts when ordered and provide procedure information to patients, including site selection and possible complications
- Communicate with patients to collect information on allergies and preexisting conditions
- Explain medication, usage, and possible side effects to patient/guardian and obtain consent
- Collaborate with other healthcare providers to develop patient plan of care, coordinate and plan interagency referrals as directed by the provider
- Implement patient plan of care including providing education and identifying additional services needed for the patient; initiate follow‑up care plan as needed
- Collaborate with ancillary staff to process patients based on providers’ schedule, maintaining smooth patient flow
- Perform clinical responsibilities in alignment with The Joint Commission (TJC), Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA), and YVFWC requirements
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Associate’s Degree or higher in Nursing (Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred)
- 1 year of outpatient or clinical RN experience preferred
- Active WA RN license required
- Dual Washington/Oregon licensure required within 120 days; NLC compliance details for NLC license holders
- BCLS within 90 days of hire
- ACLS and PALS preferred
- Spanish bilingual proficiency level 10 preferred; eligible for Bilingual Differential Compensation if ALTA score of 10 is achieved
