Role Overview
This is a full-time Registered Nurse (RN) position specializing in Women's Health, providing direct patient care in accordance with nursing standards.
Key Responsibilities- Implement care plans including medication administration, specimen collection, and clinical treatments
- document patient care
- monitor and communicate patient conditions
- assist with activities of daily living
- coordinate across disciplines for transfer, discharge, and psychosocial support
- educate patients and families
- advocate for patient well-being
- participate in performance improvement and continuing education
- and maintain reliable attendance
- Current RN license
- Bachelor's or Associate degree from an accredited nursing school
- BLS and NRP certification (required)
- ACLS and PALS within six months
- at least one year of experience preferred
- Willingness to train in L&D and nursery settings is necessary
