You will provide direct patient care, administer medications, document in electronic medical record (EMR) systems, and collaborate with the care team. Required qualifications include graduation from an accredited nursing program, an active Washington RN license, Basic Life Support (BLS), Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP), and at least 1 year of recent NICU, Labor and Delivery, Postpartum, or Newborn Nursery experience.
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) are required within six months of hire. Recommended skills include strong communication, adaptability, and experience in neonatal or special care nursery settings.
