What You’ll Do

Provide direct patient care per care plans and facility protocols
Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the healthcare team
Administer medications and treatments as ordered
Support patient hygiene, mobility, and comfort
Document care activities accurately and timely
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes
Educate patients and families about health management and post-discharge instructions

What You Need
Required:

Valid Washington State LPN license
BLS certification
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Preferred:

Previous experience in a hospital or clinic setting
Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems
