What You’ll Do
  • Provide direct patient care per care plans and facility protocols
  • Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the healthcare team
  • Administer medications and treatments as ordered
  • Support patient hygiene, mobility, and comfort
  • Document care activities accurately and timely
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes
  • Educate patients and families about health management and post-discharge instructions
What You Need
Required:
  • Valid Washington State LPN license
  • BLS certification
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Preferred:
  • Previous experience in a hospital or clinic setting
  • Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems
