Registered Nurse (RN) – Emergency Department

Full‑time emergency department nurse (Shift , rotating weekends). Union position. Wage scale $40.81–$75.65 per hour with a $10,000–$20,000 commitment‑incentive bonus.

• Plan, coordinate and implement patient care for age‑specific populations served in the Emergency Room.
• Ensure quality and safe care in accordance with departmental standards.
• Maintain performance consistent with the unit’s mission, philosophy, and goals.
• Adapt to changing systems, demonstrate quality and effectiveness in work habits and clinical practices.
• Treat staff, physicians, patients, and families with consideration and respect.

• Level III Trauma Center
• Level I Cardiac Center
• Level II Stroke Center
• Patient‑to‑nurse ratio 4:1
• 25 beds, 2 bays

• Commitment‑incentive bonus $10,000–$20,000 based on experience.
• Shift differential $2.25–$4.50.

• Current state RN license.
• Bachelor's or associate degree from an accredited nursing school.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications required.
• One year of experience preferred.
