American Traveler is hiring a Labor & Delivery RN for a night shift travel position requiring 2+ years of recent acute L&D experience and fetal monitoring, ACLS, BLS, and NRP certifications.

• Located in the Birth Center at a teaching hospital in Kennewick, WA
• Labor and Delivery unit with 6 labor rooms, 11 mother/baby rooms, and 3 triage beds
• Adult OB patient population with a volume of approximately 110 deliveries per month
• Uses Centricity and Paragon EHR systems
• Night shift schedule, 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM
• 36 guaranteed weekly hours with 48 weekend hours per month, working every other weekend
• No call requirements
• Floating required to Mother/Baby unit

• Active WA or compact RN license required
• Minimum 2 years of recent acute L&D experience required
• Required certifications:
  Fetal Monitoring, ACLS, BLS, and NRP
• OR circulation and mother/baby experience required
• Triage experience preferred but not required
• Social Security number and date of birth required for consideration
• AHA certifications required

• Provide direct patient care within a busy Labor and Delivery unit supporting a high delivery volume
• Flexibility and strong communication skills are essential for this role
• Scrub colors are blue and blue/green
• Must reside more than 60 miles from the facility to be considered for the travel rate
• Cannot have worked as permanent staff at any LifePoint facility within the last 12 months
• Cannot be employed elsewhere full time while on assignment
• First-time travelers may be considered for this role
