Seasonal Associate-Columbia – Victoria’s Secret & Co.
Join us as a Seasonal Associate in the Columbia location of Victoria’s Secret & Co., a Fortune 500 retailer known for its modern, fashion-inspired lingerie and apparel. This role involves driving sales, delivering exceptional customer service, and maintaining store standards across a 1300+ store footprint.
Position OverviewThe Seasonal Selling Associate is responsible for engaging customers, providing product knowledge, and driving store sales. The role includes floor sales, cash wrap service, inventory processing, and visual merchandising.
Key ResponsibilitiesOn the sales floor
- Drive store sales by personally selling to customers and engaging them effectively.
- Provide customers with the perfect bra fit by asking relevant questions.
- Convert returns, offers, and promotions into additional sales.
Cash wrap duties
- Deliver a friendly and efficient cash wrap experience, processing transactions accurately.
- Reinforce purchase decisions at checkout and encourage additional item sales.
- Recover cash wrap selling zone and “go‑backs.”
Processing & Replenishment
- Process merchandise to be floor ready and maintain back room/under‑stock to brand standards.
- Replenish merchandise to ensure product placement on the sales floor.
- Assist with markdowns, re‑tickets, and out‑of‑stock reporting.
Floorset activity
- Execute floorset proficiently and adhere to brand standards.
- Assist with maintenance of back room and under‑stock.
All associate roles at Victoria’s Secret are responsible for:
- Driving top‑line store sales results and growing the business.
- Maintaining focus on bras as the premier product differentiator.
- Preparing for each shift by knowing sales, promotions, and procedures.
- Recovering and replenishing merchandise.
- Understanding and adhering to visual merchandising standards.
Assisting in housekeeping and reporting maintenance issues. - Building awareness and skills in loss prevention.
- Supporting store strategy to reduce shrink.

- Performing lifting and carrying up to 40 lbs; frequent bending, stretching, walking, and prolonged standing.
