Must be 21 years of age or older.

Ensure that each customer receives outstanding service by providing a friendly environment. This includes greeting and acknowledging every customer, maintaining solid product knowledge, and embodying Sportsman’s Warehouse values in all interactions.

• Deliver exceptional service: greet every customer with a friendly smile, listen to their needs, and go above and beyond to ensure an outstanding experience.
• Be a knowledgeable guide: share passion and expertise about outdoor activities, products, and destinations to help customers find exactly what they need.
• Maintain an inviting space: keep the department clean, organized, and well‑stocked.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Love talking with people and helping find the perfect products.
• Physical activity: active movement, including standing, lifting up to 20 lbs, and prolonged standing.
• Training: comprehensive training provided; no prior experience necessary.
