Fine Jewelry Commission Sales Associate – Your role is to be the resident expert on all Fine Jewelry in the store, educating customers and helping them make informed decisions that enrich their lives.

• Customer Service & Sales – Approach customers in a friendly manner, assess their needs, and guide them in choosing desired products or services. Highlight key product attributes to generate interest and build clientele. Meet or exceed sales goals through in‑depth knowledge and exceptional customer service. Actively and enthusiastically support the company’s Instant Credit Application Process (iCAP).
• General Operations – Participate in inventory processes (annual inventory, cycle counts, system uploads, stock ledger, RFID scans, etc.). Engage in all Merchandise Transfer Out (MTO), Return to Vendor, Return to Warehouse, and Defective Merchandise Transfer Out activities. Maintain sales floor recovery processes to ensure a clean and organized store environment.
• Performance Standards – Support company shrink and safety initiatives and consistently meet established performance standards for the role, including iCAP, product and service sales, customer service, profit, productivity, and attendance.

• Work experience – Minimum of 2 years retail experience.

In addition to a competitive wage, this position offers 1 % commission on sales of qualified merchandise and a 10 % commission for Service and Care plans.
