• Ace Retail Operations: You’ll ensure daily store tasks (pricing, shipment processing, fulfillment and inventory) are dialed in, keeping the store running like a tightly laced sneaker.

Essential Functions: Other responsibilities may be performed as needed to ensure the needs of the business are met. Overtime hours may be required.

• High School Diploma/GED
• Build constructive relationships within store
• Communicate positively with associates
• Exercise independent judgment and discretion with managers
• Knowledge of general retail practices
• Teamwork skills
• Work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights, weekends, extended hours

• Lift up to 40 lbs from floor to above shoulder height.
• Frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, repetitive lifting.
• Mobile on sales floor for extended periods.
