Job Summary

Part‑Time Core Sales Associate – a key role in delivering a world‑class shopping experience and supporting daily store operations. Responsibilities include surpassing sales goals, engaging and attracting fans, maintaining merchandise standards, and supporting all store functions.

• Results‑oriented seller with at least 1 year of experience in a high‑performance selling environment.
• Demonstrated Care in communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to charm and captivate an audience and connect with people at all levels.
• At least 18 years old and able to provide proof of identification and eligibility to work.
• Flexible work schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays; standing for extended periods, lifting 50+ pounds, and timely arrival.
• Availability of at least 20 hours per week preferred; hours typically up to 12 hours in base weeks, increasing to 21 hours during peak weeks (not exceeding 30 hours per week).
• Reliable, regularly scheduled during peak hours or critical shifts including weekends.

$17.13 per hour – $18.25 per hour, commensurate with experience (Washington)
