Become a Part‑Time HP Retail Sales Associate! Pay: $17.50 per hour.

Schedule:

Up to 15 hours per week. Saturday and Sunday preferred. Flexible Friday options may be available based on location needs.

• Demonstrate HP products to customers and tailor demonstrations to their ideal needs.
• Build rapport with customers and professional relationships with store management and employees.
• Engage and build rapport with customers to create a memorable experience.
• Maintain professional relationships with management and staff within the assigned store.
• Train retail store associates on HP products and services.
• Maintain displays for cleanliness, functionality, and demo‑readiness.
• Report competitive insights and maintain accurate documentation of sales.

• Sell products and services in a retail store, kiosk, and/or event environment.
• Maintain professional interaction with customers and employees.
• Meeting or exceed personal sales goals on a monthly basis.
• Courtly welcome customers and offer assistance.
• Direct customers to displays, assess needs, and suggest products to fit those needs.
• Advise customers by providing information on products and services.
• Help customers make selections by building customer confidence.
• Accurately document and report sales.
• Accurately track and communicate all activity to Retail Operations.
• Keep work station/kiosk clean, well‑organized, functional and presentable at all times.
• Submit all paperwork completely and accurately.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Six (6) months prior sales, retail, telecom, or marketing experience.
• Product and services knowledge.
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.
• Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced, team environment.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Ability to maintain customer confidentiality.
• Tech‑savvy enthusiasm and outgoing personality.
• Comfort engaging with customers and demonstrating products.
• Experience in retail, electronics, tech, or wireless; training or product demonstration experience.
• 1‑year minimum job experience.

• Stable, weekly schedule.
• Next‑day pay on‑demand with Daily Pay.
• Friday, Saturday, and Sunday availability.
• Paid online training (completed online).
