Become a Part‑Time HP Retail Sales Associate! Pay: $17.50 per hour.
Schedule:
Up to 15 hours per week. Saturday and Sunday preferred. Flexible Friday options may be available based on location needs.
- Demonstrate HP products to customers and tailor demonstrations to their ideal needs.
- Build rapport with customers and professional relationships with store management and employees.
- Engage and build rapport with customers to create a memorable experience.
- Maintain professional relationships with management and staff within the assigned store.
- Train retail store associates on HP products and services.
- Maintain displays for cleanliness, functionality, and demo‑readiness.
- Report competitive insights and maintain accurate documentation of sales.
- Sell products and services in a retail store, kiosk, and/or event environment.
- Maintain professional interaction with customers and employees.
- Meeting or exceed personal sales goals on a monthly basis.
- Courtly welcome customers and offer assistance.
- Direct customers to displays, assess needs, and suggest products to fit those needs.
- Advise customers by providing information on products and services.
- Help customers make selections by building customer confidence.
- Accurately document and report sales.
- Accurately track and communicate all activity to Retail Operations.
- Keep work station/kiosk clean, well‑organized, functional and presentable at all times.
- Submit all paperwork completely and accurately.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Six (6) months prior sales, retail, telecom, or marketing experience.
- Product and services knowledge.
- Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.
- Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced, team environment.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Ability to maintain customer confidentiality.
- Tech‑savvy enthusiasm and outgoing personality.
- Comfort engaging with customers and demonstrating products.
- Experience in retail, electronics, tech, or wireless; training or product demonstration experience.
- 1‑year minimum job experience.
- Stable, weekly schedule.
- Next‑day pay on‑demand with Daily Pay.
- Friday, Saturday, and Sunday availability.
- Paid online training (completed online).
- $25 per month technology reimbursement.

- Regular and prompt attendance.
- Meet established monthly/weekly sales quota/goals.
- Customer/client satisfaction based on rejection percentage and substantiated complaints.
