Flex Sales Associate (Part‑Time)

The Flex Sales Associate will be the ultimate Pandora fan, responsible for delivering a world‑class experience, surpassing sales goals, and continually finding innovative ways to engage and attract our fans (customers). This role supports store operations during peak hours and delivers incredible fan experiences.

• Work a schedule that varies with business needs — including periods with few or no scheduled hours, balanced by increased availability during peak times.

• Results‑oriented seller.
• Developed a sense of care in communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to charm and captivate an audience, connecting with people at all levels of the organization.
• At least 18 years old, able to provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
• Willingness to embrace a flexible work schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift 50+ pounds, and arrive to work on time.
• Work anywhere from 4 hours a month during slower periods to approximately 12 hours per week in peak seasons.
• Reliable support and step in during high‑traffic times, special events, or when additional coverage is needed.

Salary: $17.13 - $18.25 per hour, commensurate with experience.
