Lead Customer Service Representative
Key Responsibilities- Greet customers and provide friendly service.
- Operate the register and handle cashier duties.
- Make purchase suggestions and occasionally work with the food program.
- Lead shifts on a regular basis, gaining entry-level management experience.
- Maintain store appearance inside and outside, ensuring high standards.
- Interact with many customers daily as part of a fun, energetic team.
- Provide regular and predictable onsite attendance.
- Retail or customer service experience.
- Entry-level management experience.
- Sales associate or cashiering experience.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Motivation to advance in career and willingness to learn and have fun.
- Ability to stand or walk up to 8 hours.
- Lifting/carrying up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes.
- Occasional lifting/carrying up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level.
- Push or pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds.
- Bending at the waist with twisting up to one hour.
- Grasping, reaching, and manipulating objects with hands.
- May require climbing a ladder to store and retrieve materials or place and remove signs.
- Hourly rate: $17.13
