Lead store team members in delivering excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.;
Supervise showroom customer service levels and ensure team execution of customer service programs.;
Manage telephone operations and ensure policy-compliant handling of inquiries.;
Oversee buy online/ship to store, hub and store-to-store transfers, and outside purchases with timely communication to customers.;
Perform all store opening/closing duties, including day-end procedures, cash handling, deposits, security checks, and securing delivery vehicles.
