Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers;
Supervise customer service levels in the retail showroom and ensure team execution of customer service programs;
Ensure all order processing and shipments are handled in a timely manner and communicate with customers on arrivals as needed;
Manage special orders and outside purchases efficiently and according to procedure;
Handle returns and exchanges, issue refunds, and ensure merchandise is invoiced before leaving the store
