POP MART is seeking a reliable and highly organized Vending Machine Associate – Robo Shop to support the day-to-day operation and performance of our growing Robo Shop network. This hands‑on role is responsible for keeping assigned Robo Shops fully stocked, clean, organized, and ready for customers.

The Vending Machine Associate will travel between assigned locations to restock products, monitor inventory, complete audits, and identify operational issues. This role will partner with Store Managers, warehouse teams, and Retail Operations to ensure product availability and a consistent customer experience across assigned locations.

• Restock, organize, and maintain assigned Robo Shop vending machines.
• Monitor inventory levels and replenish products based on customer demand and business needs.
• Maintain clean, organized, and customer‑ready Robo Shop locations.
• Support product receiving, storage, allocation, and inventory management.
• Complete routine inventory counts and weekly audits to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Partner with Store Managers and internal teams to coordinate effective restocking schedules.
• Identify and promptly report inventory, machine, or operational issues.
• Support store stocking and other retail operational needs as assigned.
• Complete assigned projects and operational tasks accurately and on time.
• Travel between assigned Robo Shop locations using reliable personal transportation.

• Experience: High school diploma/GED or at least 6 months of retail, stocking, inventory, warehouse, merchandising, or related experience.
• Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Transportation: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
• Availability: Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, including evenings and weekends.
• Organization: Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately manage inventory, restocking, and operational tasks.
• Independence: Ability to work independently, prioritize responsibilities, and manage multiple locations and deadlines.
• Communication: Strong communication and customer service skills.
