We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Professional to join our team on a full-time basis at our modern dealership located in Kennewick, WA. The Sales Professional will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting vehicles that meet their needs, explaining product features, completing sales transactions, and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and promote repeat business. The role involves staying informed about the latest automotive trends, inventory updates, and financing options to provide exceptional service at every stage of the sales process.

• Strong interpersonal, verbal communication, and customer service skills
• Proficiency in sales techniques, negotiation, and relationship-building
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate time management skills
• Basic familiarity with automotive products, technologies, and services
• Computer literacy and experience with CRM or inventory management tools
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, to meet customer needs
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is a plus
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
