Pay:
Commission pay plan based off performance. Earning potential of $65,000-$130,000+ annually.
Schedule:
May include some weekends and evenings.

Experienced in sales processes. Car sales experience is preferred but we may consider a candidate with relative experience. Must be customer focused and committed to providing top tier customer service. Ability to handle high volume and adapt to business needs. Willingness to learn and grow with us to meet projected sales goals. Friendly and outgoing personality. Team player. Responsible and reliable.
Responsibilities- Interact and consult with customers to guide them through their vehicle purchase.
- Establish the best vehicle-buying experience to create lifelong customers.
- Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle for their lifestyle.
- Learn and present vehicle attributes, model options, features, purchase and finance options and store policies and services to customers.
- Ensure timely follow up and maintain strong relationships with previous and prospective customers.
- Track customers using store specific management system/s.
- Keep abreast of new products, features and accessories.
- Attend product and training courses.
- Experience in automotive sales, is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills & working knowledge of computers.
- Self-motivated with the ability to set and achieve targeted goals.
- Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.
The annual earning potential for this role is $65,000-$130,000 which includes commission on individual payable gross, bonuses on individual units sold, and manufacturer approvability. This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation.

High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.
