Location: Candidate must live within 40 minutes of Kennewick, WA
The Associate Growth Merchant Lead (aGML) is a field‑based, face‑to‑face sales role responsible for winning new restaurant partnerships in emerging markets. This is a high‑activity, hunter‑style position requiring strong interpersonal skills, tenacity, and comfort with travel.
What the Role Involves- Field sales: 3 days/week in the field (top performers exceed this), meeting restaurant owners face‑to‑face
- Inside sales work: 2 days/week from home doing lead generation, Salesforce notes, and outreach
- Travel:
- Most travel within 30‑minute to 1‑hour of home base
- Occasional overnights if further travel required (hotel covered)
- Mileage reimbursed
- Lead generation:
- Provided list of 250‑300 leads
- Expected to add new leads and hunt independently
- Standard hours: 9 AM – 5 PM, Monday–Friday
- Flexibility required based on restaurant availability (e.g., 6:30 AM breakfast meetings)
- People first communicator – engaging, conversational, fun to talk to
- Tenacious “grinder” with strong work ethic
- 2+ years successful SMB sales experience, ideally in restaurants, food & beverage, local territory sales, door‑to‑door, solar, beverage distribution, insurance
- Experience with cold calling, foot canvassing, and high‑volume outreach
- Comfortable with travel and autonomous field work
- Entrepreneurial mindset; able to build territory strategy
Contract position based out of Kennewick, WA. Fully remote.
Pay and BenefitsPay range: $29.00 – $29.00/hr.
