Account Executive – Healthcare
We are seeking an Account Executive to meet with identified Healthcare customers on an assigned cadence to review, enhance and/or identify opportunities. The role acts as the main point of contact with existing customers to answer queries, increase client satisfaction, and address clients’ needs while providing education on the services we offer.

Key Deliverables to Become a Hero- Consult with customers to develop goals, success criteria, and a strategy to convey value that leads to sales renewals and upselling opportunities.
- Communicate and identify all Mac Donald-Miller services to facility managers, property managers, building owners, and business owners.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities within a building or account.
- Maintain CRM accuracy and ensure timely delivery of solutions that meet customer needs and objectives.
- Track record with understanding Mechanical Systems and how they operate.
- Expertise in HVAC and plumbing systems in medical and critical environments, enabling clear communication of services to existing clients.
- College degree and/or 5+ years of relevant work experience; past mechanical experience is a plus.
- Solid understanding of customer relationship management software and MS Office & Excel.
- Highly collaborative with strong communication skills.

Compensation
Base salary of $70,000 to $90,000 annually, plus commissions and vehicle compensation. Eligible for ramp‑up and performance bonuses.
