This is a full-time, on-site Media Sales Executive role based in Kennewick, WA. The Media Sales Executive will prospect and develop new business, build and maintain client relationships, and generate revenue through customized advertising solutions across television, radio, digital, and other platforms. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying client needs, preparing and delivering sales presentations, managing sales pipelines, negotiating and closing deals, and ensuring accurate documentation in sales systems.
The role also involves collaborating with internal teams on campaign planning and execution, monitoring campaign performance, and providing ongoing client support and account management.
- Candidates should possess strong Media Sales and Sales skills, with the ability to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Candidates should possess New Business Development and Lead Generation skills to prospect, qualify, and secure new advertising clients.
- Candidates should possess Account Management skills to maintain relationships, manage campaigns, and support client retention.
- Candidates should possess effective communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with a customer-focused approach.
- Candidates should possess proficiency with CRM or sales tracking tools, basic digital media knowledge, and comfort working with multi-platform solutions.
- Relevant experience in media, advertising, or marketing sales is preferred; a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is beneficial.
- Candidates should possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to meet with clients on-site and within the local market.
