Property & Casualty Account Manager

We’re a small, independent insurance agency in Kennewick looking to add a service-focused Property & Casualty Account Manager to our team.

This role is intentionally designed for someone who values long-term stability, predictable hours, and meaningful client relationships — not sales pressure or constant urgency.

• Managing and servicing existing personal lines and small commercial accounts
• Assisting clients with policy questions, changes, payments, and renewals
• Preparing and reviewing quote proposals
• Working closely with carriers and internal team members

This is a Monday–Friday, in-office position, 8:30am–5:30pm.

• Property & Casualty license (required)
• At least 1 year of insurance industry experience preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office and agency systems
• Someone seeking a long-term role, not a stepping stone
• Salary range: $55,000–$80,000, depending on experience
