As a Fragrance Sales Associate, you create a warm, welcoming environment through genuine hospitality and exceptional customer service. You engage customers with personalized fragrance recommendations that reflect their style, mood, and preferences—making them feel confident, valued, and inspired. You demonstrate and sell a wide range of fragrances and related beauty products while educating customers on notes, layering techniques, and usage. You contribute to a seamless shopping experience by fostering meaningful connections, anticipating needs, and delivering service with care.

• They begin each day energized and ready to make an impact—wearing their name badge with pride, greeting teammates, and ensuring the sales floor is clean, organized, and prepared.
• On the floor they focus on the customer—offering a warm welcome, making eye contact, and creating friendly, personal conversations to build lasting relationships.
• They maintain a shoppable space by merchandising new receipts, processing damages, managing testers, updating signs and pricing, and supporting merchandise moves.
• They finish strong by sharing Loyalty program benefits, ensuring customers have all they need, and ending with a sincere thank‑you.
• They support one another with honesty, care, and collaboration to better serve customers and communities.
• They continually strive for excellence—improving daily, taking pride in their work, achieving sales goals, and learning from each other.

• Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays; regular, dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Must be able to:
  • Understand and communicate effectively with customers, co‑workers, and supervisors.
  • Read and understand employment policies and safety rules/procedures in English.
• Engage customers with warmth and expertise—acknowledging them promptly and offering tailored recommendations.
• Drive sales and loyalty using clienteling tools to build lasting relationships, promote new launches and events, and collaborate across the Beauty team.
• Maintain a polished and efficient environment through accurate merchandising, inventory upkeep, hygiene and compliance standards, and effective use of point‑of‑sale and mobile selling technology.
• Communicate and collaborate comfortably with customers and colleagues.
• Drive sales and client loyalty by organizing the space, leveraging clienteling tools, participating in sales events, and staying updated through training and vendor education.
• Acquire new customers by opening credit accounts and sharing loyalty benefits.
• Meet and surpass daily sales goals by delivering exceptional service.
• Use point‑of‑sale technology and digital tools to streamline transactions and enhance the shopping experience.
• Have at least one year of customer‑service or selling experience.

• Talking, lifting, constant moving, standing, and reaching with arms and hands.
• Standing for at least two consecutive hours; lifting at least 25 lbs.; stooping, kneeling, crouching, climbing ladders, and reaching, including above eye level.
• Requires close, color, depth, and focus vision.
• Frequent use of computers and other technology, including handheld equipment and cash register, to process transactions.
