Copier​/Printer Service Technician

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Rate of Pay: $28-32 per hour, DOE

We are seeking a dependable, motivated Copier/Printer Technician to join our Service Team. This position is based in Tri-Cities, WA and supports the metro area and surrounding communities including LaGrande, Pendleton, Hermiston, and Walla Walla.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain copiers, printers, and multifunction devices
• Perform preventative maintenance and equipment installations
• Provide exceptional on-site customer service
• Accurately complete service documentation and parts tracking
• Manage a daily service route with minimal supervision

Qualifications

• Copier/Printer technician experience strongly preferred
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation
• Professional communication and customer service skills
