Tri City herald is looking for an Entry Level Operator-In-Training in Kennewick, Washington. This full-time position involves assisting with the maintenance and operation of irrigation and potable water distribution systems. Candidates must have a valid Washington State Driver's License and be capable of performing heavy manual labor.
