• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client concerns and explaining repairs when necessary.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in mechanics and repair technologies.

• Proven experience as a mechanic working with small engines and heavy‑duty machinery.
• Certification or technical training in automotive or mechanical engineering is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in using a variety of diagnostic and calibration equipment.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
