Excavation Laborer

RP Development is currently seeking an Excavation Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing tasks involving physical labor on the development of sub‑division projects. This includes operating hand and power tools, assisting with site prep, cleaning and maintaining tools, and operating power equipment. The Laborer will also be expected to have a respectful and positive attitude, willingness to learn, reliable attendance, and problem‑solving skills.

RP Development has been in the excavation and utilities business since 2016, working exclusively for a local developer in the Tri‑Cities area. Travel outside of Franklin and Benton County may be required, with the crew meeting at the main office for travel days. Join our team and be a part of our growing company!

• Perform tasks involving physical labor
• Operate hand and power tools, including shovels, compactors, laser leveling and measuring equipment
• Assist with site prep, such as digging trenches, grading dirt and gravel, and setting forms or braces
• Clean up rubble and debris at job sites
• Clean and maintain tools, trucks, and equipment
• Operate power tools and power equipment as needed
• Other duties as assigned

• Valid Driver’s License
• Over 18 years of age
• Physical endurance
• Problem‑solving, critical thinking, and listening skills

Salary range: $18 - $24 per hour
