As a Harley Davidson Motorcyle Service Technician at Ride Now Powersports, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing powersports vehicles, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring the highest levels of safety and performance. Responsibilities- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on Harley Davidson motorcycles and other powersports vehicles, including ATVs, and side-by-sides
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues using diagnostic equipment and/or service manuals
- Provide accurate and detailed cost estimates for repairs and communicate them to customers
- Install accessories and upgrades for customers, ensuring proper fit and functionality
- Test ride vehicles to verify repairs and ensure customer satisfaction
- Keep accurate records of all repairs, services, and transactions
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Flexible pay structure: $18-$50 per flag hour or hourly based on experience & certifications
- Relocation assistance for qualified applicants
- Paid factory training, mentorship from master techs, and clear paths to level up
- Facilities equipped with OEM-required specialty tools
We’re hiring A, B, and entry-level C Techs —if you meet one or more of the criteria below, you could be a great fit:
- Graduated from MMI or similar program, or have real-world mechanical experience
- 1+ years working as a technician or strong mechanical aptitude and ready to learn
- OEM certifications and master tech experience (preferred but not required)
- Must own a basic set of mechanics tools (comprehensive set of tools preferred)
- Motorcycle endorsement and clean driving record (required for test rides)
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
- Must be able to safely push motorcycles weighing up to 850lbs
- Must be able to safely and efficiently move through the dealership premises—including indoor showrooms, vehicle lots, and service areas—while maintaining awareness of moving vehicles, customer foot traffic, and showroom displays.
- Must be able to frequently bend, kneel, crouch, and reach to perform job duties.
