Industrial Maintenance Technician
Starting Pay: $22.00+/hr (DOE)

We're currently hiring Industrial Maintenance Technicians to join a growing team! If you have experience maintaining industrial equipment, troubleshooting mechanical issues, and performing welding repairs, we'd love to hear from you. This is a full-time opportunity with competitive pay and room for growth.

• Full-time
• Overtime may be available

• Install, assemble, and align industrial machinery and equipment.
• Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on mechanical systems.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical failures, breakdowns, and operational issues.
• Troubleshoot pumps, conveyors, gearboxes, valves, motors, and hydraulic/pneumatic systems.
• Conduct equipment inspections and document maintenance activities.
• Operate rigging equipment, cranes, hoists, and lifting devices safely.
• Collaborate with operations, engineering, and maintenance teams to minimize downtime.
• Follow all safety procedures, lockout/tagout (LOTO) requirements, and company policies.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, equipment manuals, and specifications.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous industrial maintenance or mechanical repair experience required.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with hydraulic, pneumatic, and conveyor systems.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Experience with welding and fabrication is a plus

• Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work independently or as part of a team
