CDL-A Truck Driver W2 Position

Now hiring full-time W2 Class A CDL drivers for OTR, Regional, and Dedicated fleets. Entry-level drivers who have completed CDL school may qualify for our paid training program. We offer stable freight, structured onboarding, and dependable home time.

• W2 employment with consistent year-round work
• Dry van freight
• Majority no-touch freight with strong drop-and-hook percentage
• Late‑model 2024–2025 Freightliner and Kenworth equipment
• Fleet placement based on availability and business needs

• $1,300–$1,500 per week

Drivers with a minimum of 120 hours from an accredited CDL school may be eligible. Training covers safe tractor‑trailer operation, hours‑of‑service compliance, inspection procedures, load handling standards, and company safety policies. Progression to solo status is based on performance evaluations.

• Operate a Class A commercial vehicle in compliance with DOT regulations
• Maintain accurate logs, trip reports, and DVIRs
• Adhere to scheduled pickup and delivery appointments
• Conduct daily equipment inspections
• Maintain professional communication with operations and customers

• Valid Class A CDL
• OR completion of 120-hour accredited CDL training program with eligibility for company‑sponsored training
• Safe driving history
• Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
