Junk Removal At Community Thrift

Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking individual to join our team as a Junk Removal Laborer. In this role, you’ll assist with the removal, loading, hauling, and proper disposal or recycling of unwanted items from residential and commercial properties. You’ll represent the company in the field and ensure every job is completed safely, efficiently, and professionally.

• Safely load, transport, and unload unwanted items including furniture, appliances, yard debris, and construction materials.
• Drive or assist with navigation in company vehicles to job sites.
• Communicate with customers in a friendly, professional manner.
• Sort and organize items for donation, recycling, or disposal.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of trucks and equipment.
• Follow safety protocols and company policies at all times.
• Assist in basic paperwork or payment collection when required.

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (preferred).
• Ability to lift 75+ lbs repeatedly and work in varying weather conditions.
• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and a positive attitude.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Prior experience in junk removal, moving, or general labor is a plus, but not required.

• Flexible schedule – typically Monday through Saturday.
• Pay: $18-$20 + tips and bonuses.
