Summary
WCP Solutions is seeking a dependable Warehouse Order Filler to support our operations in the Kennewick location. In this role, you will play a key part in serving our customers by accurately preparing orders, maintaining an organized warehouse, and contributing to a strong culture of safety and teamwork.
This position is ideal for motivated, detail‑oriented individuals who take pride in accurate work, can operate independently, and enjoy contributing to a team’s success. We offer a stable Monday–Friday schedule, with opportunities for overtime.
Schedule- Monday through Friday
- 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
- Possible overtime as needed
- No nights beyond scheduled shift and no weekends

- Assist with receiving, stocking, and relocating inventory.
- Break down and recycle empty cartons.
- Remove debris and non-recyclables.
- Support inventory counts and cycle counts.
- Provide backup support for other warehouse team members.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. frequently and up to 100 lbs. occasionally with team assistance.
- Ability to move materials using hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other warehouse tools.
- Professional conduct and strong work ethic.
- Strong customer service orientation and ability to work well under pressure.
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and contribute effectively to a team
- Customer service oriented; able to remain calm and effective under pressure
- Ability to communicate professionally with customers, vendors, and coworkers.
- Basic math and measurement skills; able to read and interpret work documents.
- Warehouse operations knowledge preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Self-motivated with strong time-management habits.
- Ability to meet safety expectations and regulatory requirements.
- Work performed in warehouse, and truck cab environments.
- Exposure to seasonal weather conditions.
- Overtime may be required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently; up to 100 lbs. with team lift occasionally.
