We are hiring an OPERATIONS ASSISTANT for our contract in Red Lake, Ontario!

Job Duties:
Contact and scheduling personnel for mobilization and crew rotation.Assist with crew schedulingSchedule travel and accommodationsOrder materials for the contractAssist with crew transportation (pickups & drop-offs)Date entryCollect, sort, distribute, or prepare mail, messages, or courier deliveriesAdministrative dutiesOther tasks as required.Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year in an administrative role.Knowledge of drilling/mining industry would be considered an asset.Excellent verbal and written communication skills..Ability to work effectively in a team environment.Ability to maintain an organized, clean, and safe work environment.Organizational and time management skills.Ability to operate with little supervision.Clear driving record.Strong knowledge of computer programs and systems.Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test.Major Drilling is an equal opportunity employer, and has a strong commitment to diversity, equality, and inclusion.
