Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct typing and data entry tasks with accuracy

• File confidential documents and maintain organized records

• Support purchasing and quoting needs for the office

• Welcome clients, vendors, and customers upon arrival

• Schedule internal accommodations for traveling work crews

Requirements:

• High attention to detail needed for effective data management

• Strong commitment to confidentiality in all duties

• Proficient communication skills with a professional approach

• Familiarity with Excel queries is a plus

• Successful completion of drug pre-screening and Driver’s Abstract required
