In this role, you will act as the first point of contact for clients, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere at the Centre. Your responsibilities include scheduling, document management, and supporting health professionals administratively. Understanding traditional Indigenous practices is vital for fostering strong community ties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome clients and facilitate appointment check-ins

• Coordinate client appointments and handle service referrals

• Manage document uploads in client records

• Provide administrative assistance to clinical staff

• Ensure proper maintenance of office equipment and supplies

Requirements:

• Medical secretary or office administration diploma required

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications

• Strong oral and written communication capabilities

• Familiarity with Indigenous cultures and healing methods

• Valid driver’s license and commitment to travel
