We are looking for a Finance Clerk to fill a full-time role focused on financial duties within our organization. Your responsibilities will include handling payables and receivables, reconciling accounts, and performing related clerical work. You will also maintain shop and office equipment records while ensuring excellent customer relations through effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Use Sage Accounting for financial management

• Prepare and post invoices and payments

• Reconcile financial accounts thoroughly

• Assist with general bookkeeping and tax preparation

• Maintain efficient filing and record systems

Requirements:

• Experience with Sage Accounting software

• Strong attention to detail in financial tasks

• Valid “G:” driver’s license required

• Ability to respond to customer inquiries professionally

• Knowledge of bookkeeping principles and practices
