As a Personal Banking Associate, you will engage with members to assess their needs and promote relevant products and services. Your goal is to meet sales targets while providing excellent customer service and ensuring accurate transaction processing. This dual role combines banking and teller responsibilities, making a significant impact on member satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow sales and service processes to meet targets

• Probe member needs to cross-sell and up-sell effectively

• Provide guidance on transactional banking and basic financial products

• Maintain an accurate cash drawer and manage transactions

• Actively participate in branch meetings and community initiatives

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education with 2 years in sales or equivalent

• Experience in the Financial Services Industry preferred
