In the role of Financial Clerk, you will support the financial and administrative needs of various Long Term Care Homes under Riverside Health Care. Managing resident accounts, billing processes, and collections, you will play a vital role in supporting the financial framework within these facilities. Your strong customer service skills will be vital for interacting with families and residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in processing monthly billing and account adjustments

• Monitor and escalate overdue accounts as necessary

• Support month-end finance processes and reconciliations

• Maintain accurate records and generate necessary financial reports

• Provide respectful and professional service to residents

Requirements:

• Grade 12 diploma or equivalent, post-secondary education in finance preferred

• 1-3 years of experience in finance or accounts receivable

• Proficiency in Excel and other relevant software

• Valid driver’s license to allow for travel

• Ability to work independently with careful attention to detail
