Position: Resident Account Finance Clerk Role

Become a key part of Riverside Health Care as a Resident Account Finance Clerk, dedicated to providing financial support for Long Term Care services. This role combines office tasks with travel to provide essential support to various care homes.

As a Finance Clerk focused on resident accounts, you will be located primarily at Rainy crest Long Term Care while supporting financial processes across multiple homes. Your responsibilities will include managing billing, payments, and responding to resident inquiries. Strong collaboration with interdisciplinary teams will be crucial to your success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with monthly billing and account adjustments

• Follow up on overdue accounts and arrange payments

• Support audit requirements and maintain accurate records

• Collaborate with teams to ensure professional service delivery

• Handle sensitive financial matters with confidentiality

Requirements:

• Grade 12 diploma or equivalent, finance/accounting education an asset

• Minimum of 1-year finance or accounts receivable experience

• Proficient in Excel and other relevant software

• Valid driver’s license for inter-site travel

• Attention to detail and independent work capability
