Housekeeper – Job Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, hallways, and common areas
• Make beds, change linens, and replace towels as per standards
• Dust furniture, clean mirrors, windows, and surfaces
• Vacuum carpets and mop hard floors
• Empty trash and dispose of waste properly

• Replenish room supplies (toiletries, tissues, coffee, etc.)
• Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to management
• Ensure rooms are properly set up before guest check-in
• Follow cleaning checklists and quality standards

• Wash, dry, fold, and store linens and towels
• Maintain cleanliness of laundry area and equipment

• Follow workplace health, safety, and WHMIS guidelines
• Use cleaning chemicals safely and correctly
• Adhere to infection control and sanitation procedures

• Respond politely to guest requests when required
• Maintain guest privacy and confidentiality at all times
• Work cooperatively with front desk and maintenance teams
