Custom Collision, a trusted local auto body repair shop known for high-quality workmanship and top-tier customer service, is looking to add a skilled and motivated Auto Body Technician to our team. • Perform auto body repairs including panel replacement and panel repairs
• Prep vehicles for paint and work closely with our paint department
• Ensure repairs meet industry standards and safety requirements
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Communicate effectively with the team and estimators

Deliver high-quality repairs with attention to detail

• 2+ years auto body repair experience (or equivalent training)
• Strong knowledge of collision repair techniques
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  
  Own tools (preferred)
• Valid driver’s license
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
