Seize the opportunity to work as a Motor Boat Mechanic in Sioux Narrows, Ontario. This full-time role focuses on the maintenance and repair of marine engines in a beautiful setting, with immediate start available.

We seek a mechanic with 2-3 years of experience who can diagnose, repair, and maintain both outboard motors and marine systems. You will perform routine inspections and tune-ups, collaborating with resort staff to minimize downtime and ensure safety. Candidates should be comfortable working outdoors in Northern Ontario year-round.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose issues in small marine engines effectively

• Execute routine maintenance and safety checks

• Collaborate with staff for boat readiness and recovery

• Maintain detailed records of repairs and inspections

• Winterize boats and prepare them for storage

Requirements:

• 2-4 year apprenticeship or equivalent experience required

• Strong experience with outboard engines, Tohatsu knowledge is an asset

• Detail-oriented with a safety-first approach

• Strong teamwork and communication abilities

• Willingness to relocate to Northern Ontario
