Field Service Technician Heavy Equipment

Location: Dryden

Join Toromont Cat as a Field Service Technician for heavy equipment in the Kenora - Dryden region. You will provide top-notch service and expertise at customer sites using a company service truck.

In this full-time role, you will focus on maintaining equipment by diagnosing mechanical issues and ensuring timely repairs. Candidates must possess a post-secondary education in mechanics and have at least three years of relevant experience in the field. Excellence in safety and communication is key to building strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose mechanical problems using Caterpillar testing equipment

• Provide quality repairs on heavy equipment in the field

• Ensure timely service delivery and maintain integrity

• Demonstrate safe work behaviors at all times

• Build strong relationships through regular on-site visits

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in heavy equipment mechanics

• Minimum 3 years of repair/service experience

• Valid Driver’s Licence (DZ Licence preferred)

• Strong work ethic and positive attitude

• Excellent communication skills
