This full-time, permanent position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a background in mechanics to apply their skills in a dynamic environment. Key capabilities will include diagnosing mechanical issues and completing repairs in a timely manner while upholding Toromont’s safety culture and customer trust.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose heavy equipment issues with Caterpillar tools

• Deliver quality repairs according to industry standards

• Maintain a safe and environmentally sound work environment

• Engage regularly with customers to build relationships

• Complete repairs on time with high integrity

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in a related mechanical field

• Minimum of 3 years experience in field repair

• Valid Driver’s Licence (DZ Licence preferred)

• Strong communication and work ethic

• Skills in utilizing Caterpillar diagnostic equipment
